I get excited about superfoods or super nutrient dense or healing foods. Ya, it all makes sense when you know how much of a health nut I am.
Today I want to honour one of the most healing foods that just may already be in your kitchen cupboard. If you haven’t heard of Apple Cider Vinegar, the time has arrived.
Apple cider Vinegar is reported by many people to heal maladies such as Eczema, joint pain like Arthritis, poor digestion that results in bloating, constipation and obesity and it also encourages fat loss in conjunction with a whole food clean eating plan.
One of my clients came back to me after I gave her a apple cider vinegar protocol and not only lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks, but also reported she completely healed her ulcer! The pain disappeared and her digestion had never been as good.
Now that is the power of natural healing!

3 things that are very important when buying your Apple Cider Vinegar:
1) Buy only in a glass bottle. Plastics contain chemicals that may leech out into the vinegar, and will thus negate any of the detox affects you will benefit from.
2) Buy only RAW apple cider Vinegar. The label should read raw or unpasteurized, meaning it wasn’t boiled to death which kills the natural live enzymatic activity of this amazing miracle food.
3) Buy only ORGANIC. Regular apples are one of the most “dirty” foods in the produce else. They are sprayed, sprayed and resprayed numerous times during the growth season. Staying organic keeps the detox affect at it’s most potent.
